Who We Are

Michael Lambert

Managing Director

Michael has over 19 years’ media and communications experience working within big agencies and small, across a wide range of categories. Michael has worked across a substantial list of blue chip brands, such as ANZ, Honda, Nissan, Daimler Chrysler, Fairfax and Bunnings and this experience has given him the knowledge and ability to negotiate annual deals across all media platforms and deliver success. Michael is very passionate about who he is and what he does – Media. He is driven by successful outcomes that have been achieved within a team environment.

Jenna Lambert

General Manager / Strategy

Jenna has over 19 year’s media and communications experience, with her passion being in Media, Brand and Marketing strategy. Jenna began her career in traditional planning and buying at some of Australia’s top media agencies. Driven by results and effectiveness, she is motivated by campaign learning’s and how this is utilised and harnessed to develop the next phase of client and consumer engagement.

Ashlee Crawford

Communications Director

Ash has been working within the media and marketing industry for over 12 years, with exceptional client service capabilities, she has a fantastic understanding of what clients need and how to achieve their objectives.

Mick Bradley

Communications Director

Mick is a very accomplished and experienced media professional with over 12 years’ experience. He has won numerous recognised industry awards namely The John Sexton Memorial award for Media Planning & Buying excellence from the Advertising Institute of Australasia.
