Why we built Media33.

ABOUT MEDIA33

Michael Lambert, Jenna Lambert and Mick Bradley. Media33 Founders and General Manager. Stable Leadership Team for over a decade.

WHY WE STARTED

Michael and Jenna spent close to fifteen years inside some of Australia's leading agencies. Long enough to learn the craft, and long enough to watch something shift: as the industry evolved, the gap between what was right for the agency and what was right for the client kept widening.

At the same time, we realised something about ourselves. The work we loved most always came from the same place. It was the partners who invited us under the hood of their business. The ones who wanted us involved beyond the media plan.

The closer we got to understanding what they were trying to achieve, the more invested we became.

Our thinking sharpened, our relationships deepened, and we left feeling like we'd genuinely made a difference.

That was the work that gave us a buzz, and we wanted more of it.

Over time, we realised that kind of relationship didn't have to be the exception. It could become the blueprint for the agency we wanted to build and the people we wanted to build it with.

One where senior people stay close, partnerships run deep, and our partners' success becomes our success.

That became Media33.

FAST FORWARD TO TODAY

Thirteen years on, we continue to deliberately build the kind of agency we set out to create. The agency has grown considerably since then, but one thing has remained constant.

Michael and Jenna founded Media33, with Mick Bradley, now our General Manager, joining from day one after the three had previously worked together.

The same leadership team remains in place, a continuity that's increasingly rare in our industry and one that has helped preserve the culture we've built, the standards we hold ourselves to and the long-term partnerships that define the agency.

Every partner relationship has left its mark on Media33, challenging our thinking, strengthening our commercial understanding and shaping who we are as people, professionals and partners.

Today, every new partnership draws on everything that's come before it.
