    After 15+ years working within large media & communications agencies, Michael identified an opportunity to create Media33 in 2013. A passionate media specialist, he envisioned an independent agency that prided itself on providing a high level of experience and service for all clients, within an inclusive environment that put their teams welfare and partners success above all else. Fast-forward a decade later and he has cultivated an environment that creates a true sense of belonging for our team and a workplace that nurtures, celebrates & empowers authenticity.

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    With over 25 years experience, Jenna’s passion for media, brand strategy and consumer understanding continues to grow as she shares her knowledge and experience with the wider team and our business partners. Focused on using her strategic skills to drive Media33 forward, she develops plans and initiatives that continue to help Media33’s team and partners achieve their goals. With a deep understanding of the media industry, she continues to lead by example, expanding her knowledge of the media industry, including trends, emerging technologies and best practices.

As our General Manager, Mick inspires & motivates our team to achieve their goals and strive together for greatness, ensuring we deliver high-quality services to all clients, whilst also continuing to build and maintain relationships with our clients and media partners. Within the Media33 team, Shane is responsible for the overseeing and best-in-market management of our traditional media campaigns.     Sam began his media career in TV sales before moving client side to work in one of Australia’s largest & fastest growing in-house media teams. His diverse experience, high attention to detail and ability to see all sides of the media & marketing equation has made Sam a great Business Manager for Media33. As Sam continues to expand his strategy, planning and implementation skills, he has built a strong understanding of many categories, with a particular interest in FMCG, where he has helped our clients transition from traditional media-led ideas, to those that branch across traditional, digital, social, content creation and amplification.
